Shipping & returns

We print on demand in the United States. Custom tees are made for you, so we do not take returns unless something is clearly our fault.

Where we ship

US addresses only for now. Standard shipping is $5.99. Orders of $60 or more ship free. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

How it gets made

After payment, we print your design on a Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex tee and ship it in the US. Production plus transit is typically about 5–10 business days. You will get an order confirmation from Party Aliens; Stripe may also send a payment receipt. Write hello@partyaliens.com if you need a status update.

No returns on custom print

Because each shirt is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit preference, or ordering the wrong size. Use the size chart on the product page before you buy.

If we got it wrong

If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong size or design, email hello@partyaliens.com with your order email, photos, and what went wrong. We will refund via Stripe when that is clearly our fault. You keep the shirt unless we ask otherwise.
